Documents Required For NTN Registration for Firm / AOP / Trust / Foundation
For NTN registration of Firm / AOP / Trust / one of the Partner will present in Income Tax Office along with the following Documents
1.Taxpayer Registration Form (TRF-01)
2.Authority Letter in favor of one Member/Partner for the presentation of documents in FBR on behalf of Firm (Signed and thumbed by all Members/ Partners)
3.Members / Partners Original CNIC
4.Email Address of AOP / Trust / Foundation
5.Mobile Number in the Name of Member/Partner which is not used in NTN Registration before
6.Business Premises Ownership Documents / Tenancy Agreement along with Owner CNIC Copy
7.Paid Utility Bill (within last three months from the date of Application)
8.Original Partnership Deed / Trust Deed / Foundation MOA and AOA
9.Original Registration Certificate (Form C etc.,)

2.Authority Letter in favor of Director/CEO for the presentation of documents in FBR on behalf of Company (Signed and thumbed by all Directors/CEO)

5.Mobile Number in the Name of Directors/CEO which is not used in NTN Registration before.
6.Business Premises Ownership Documents / Tenancy Agreement along with Owners CNIC Copy
